AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SAN-LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ESTABLISH A BUILDING SE77BAC1C LINE ON OSOS
STREET FF.OM : ONTEREY STREE i TO HIGUERA STREET,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 9300.4.17 is hereby added to the San Luis Obispo
Municipal Code to read as follows:
9300.4.17 An official building setback line is hereby established along
both sides of Osos Street between Monterey Street and Higuera Street
in accordance with the map dated November 3, 1969 on file in the Office
of the City Cleric and said line shall be twenty -nine (29) feet from the
center line on both sides of Osos Street as shown on Exhibit "A" hereto.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three (3) days before its final passage in the Telegram -
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go
into effect at the expiration of thirty days after said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by die Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 3rd day of November, 1969, on
motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham, and on the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bla.lce, Graham, IvAller, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
