AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified
as follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein by reference:
From District R -1 (residential low density) to District PD R -2 (planned
development - residential medium density) real property described as:
Lot 40 of Tract 292', in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as shown on the map recorded in Book 7,
Page 10 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
Also known as the block between Los Osos Valley Road, Ocea.naire
Drive, Royal Way and Galleon Way.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram-
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into
effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 1st day of December, 1969 on motion
of Councilman Miller, seconded by Mayor Schwartz and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Graham, Miller, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
