kn Ordinance amending Section 17 of Ordinance No.22
entitled an Ordinance, "In relation= t to streets and side-
walks in the City of San Luis OBispo". ordained by the Council
of the City of San Luis Obispo, as follovrs:-
SECTION 1. Section 17 of Ordinance No.22 -entitled "In relat-
ion- to streets and side -walks in the City of San Luis Obispo"
is hereby amended to read as follows: -
SECTION 2. No person having the control of any wagon, cart
or other vehicle or any horse shall allow the same to remain or I

stand for a length of time greater than two hours in Front of
�i
store, dwelling house or other buildings, without the consent
of the owner of such store or building:

And no person. having the control of any wagon, cart or other
vehic1c, or of any horse shall allow the same to remain or stand
for any length of time within twenty feet o"a�nA! hydrant
in said city of San Luis Obispo.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance together with the dyes and Noes
shall be publish: d for two days in the "Daily Telegram ", a news
paper, printed,published and circulated in said City of San Luis
Obispo, California.

Nith this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section f. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
Ordinance, together Stith the ayes and noes for two days before its final
passage in "The Daily Telegram ", a daily newspaper printed, published
and circulated in the City of San Luis Obispo, and the saLiie shall take
effect from and after its final passage.
