Home My WebLink About0613I '�* - -% I � 'A' 6 ORDINANCE NO. 613 (1974 Series) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO REPEALING CERTAIN OBSOLETE AND PRE- EMPTED SECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO TRESPASSING, VEHICLE PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, ABANDONED ICE BOXES, INTOXICATION, DRINKING IN PUBLIC, AND FALSE REPORTS TO POLICE. WHEREAS, the Chief of Police and the City Attorney have reported that certain penal and other provisions of the Municipal Code are obsolete, have been preempted by State law, or are otherwise no longer appropriate. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. Sections 4220, 4220.1 and 4220.2 of the Municipal Code are hereby repealed in full. SECTION 2. Sections 4220.3, 4220.4, 4220.5, 4220.6, 4220.7, 4220.8 and 4220.9 of the Municipal Code are hereby repealed in full. SECTION 3. Sections 4222 and 4222.1 of the Municipal Code are hereby repealed in full. SECTION 4. Sections 4223 and 4223.1 of the Municipal Code are hereby repealed in full. SECTION 5. Section 4223.2 of the Municipal Code is hereby repealed in full. SECTION 6. Section 4250.5 of the Municipal Code is hereby repealed in full. e .. . ORDINANCE NO. 613 (1974 Series) Page 2 e SECTION 7. This Ordinance, together with the-ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news- paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
