ORDINANCE NO. 616 (1974 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE
MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San
Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the
City of San Luis Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of
the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows. Said
property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
From District M (Industrial) to District C -H (Heavy
Commercial) real property described as the area bounded by
Higuera Street,.South Street, Beebee Street and High Street.
Also known as:
111, 137, 161, 169 and 175 High Street
205, 207, 237, 239, 245 and 251 Higuera Street
146, 150 and 193 South Street
223, 233, 243, 255, 273 - 281 Parker Street.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and
noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days
prior to its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same
shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after
its said final passage.

INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the
City of San Luis Obispo at a Regular Meeting thereof held
on the 3rd day of June, 1974, on motion of Councilman Brown,
seconded by Councilman Graham, and on the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Brown, Graham, Norris and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Gurnee
