ORDINANCE NO. 619 (1974 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE
MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the
City of San Luis Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of
the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows. Said
property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District M (Industrial) to District,C -H (Heavy
Commercial) real property desribed as:
All that part of Lot 9 in Block 147 of Harford's Addition to the City of San
Luis Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, according to map of said additions made by B. F. Hinchliffa in
April, 1876 on file in Book A page 123 of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows;
Beginning at the northwest corner of Hi'guera and South Streets, in said City,
and running thence northerly along the westerly line of Higuera Street 50 ft.;
-thence westerly and parallel with the northerly line of South Street, 150 ft.;
thence southerly and parallel with the westerly line of Higuera Street, 50 ft,
to the northerly line of South Street; thence easterly along said line 150 ft,
to the point of beginning.
Said land is also shown on map of survey filed for record October 22, 1948,
in Book 4, page 112 of Record of Surveys.
Also known as 200 Higuera Street.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and
noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days
prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same

shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its
said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City
of San Luis Obispo at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the
1st day of July, 1974, on motion of Councilman Gurnee, seconded
by Councilman Brown, and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Brown, Graham, Gurnee, Norris
and'Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
