AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE
MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO ( TO
REZONE PROPERTY AT 1130 ORCUTT ROAD ).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the
City of San Luis Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of
the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows: Said
property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District M (Industrial) to District R -2 (Residential
Medium Density) real property described as:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 1 in Township 31 South, Range 12
East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, according to the
official plat of the survey of said land approved by
the Surveyor General, November 21, 1867, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 122 of San
Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, according to the map filed
for record in Book 1, at page 92 of Record of Surveys;
thence North 00 22' West, 40 feet to the North line of
Orcutt Road; thence South 890 38' West along said North
line, 486.91 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing along said North line South 890 38' West, 200
feet; thence North 00 22' West, 247.86 feet; thence
North 89° 38' East, 167.37 feet; thence South 7° 52'
East, 250.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
Also known as 1130 Orcutt Road.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and
noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days
prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same
shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after
its said final passage.

INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City
of San, Luis Obispo at a Regular Meeting thereof held on the
5th day of January, 1976, on motion of Councilman Gurnee,
seconded Councilman'Petterson, and on the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Graham, Gurnee, Norris, Petterson,
and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
