AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP (TO REZONE
PROPERTY AT 206 MARGARITA AVENUE).
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassi-
fied as follows: Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District C -H -S (heavy /commercial - combining) to R -2 -S (residential/
medium density - combining) District or other appropriate zone, real property
described as:
A portion of Lot 92, Parcel "B" as shown on Parcel Map No. SLO -71 -207 in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
recorded in Book 7, page 90 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county, said portion being Parcel "A" of Parcel "B" lying
easterly of a line described as follows:
Starting at a point on the property line of Lot 92, Parcel B, said point
being westerly 66.5 feet on a bearing of S 80 016141" E from the southeast
corner of Lot 92, Parcel B. Thence northerly 113.04 feet bearing N 4 °3'20" E
to a point on the south property line of Lot 92, Parcel A, said point being
westerly 6.06 feet bearing S 89 °41'52" E from the southeast corner of Parcel A.
General Location:
206 Margarita Avenue.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram-
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go
into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting thereof held on the 18th day of January, 1977, on motion of
Councilman Graham
