AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PARTS OF CERTAI i STR 'E'TS
Iii THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO TO THE COUNTY OF SAE LUIS; OBISPO,
FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
Be It Ordained by the Counibil of the City of Sari. Luis
Obispo, As follows:
Section 1. The Board'of Supervisors of the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, is.hereby permitted to
use all that part of Santa Rosa Street situate between
the North Westerly boundary of said City and Monterey Street
in said City, and all that part of Broad Street between the
South Easterly "boundary of said City and Higuera Street in
said City, for the distance of,nine feet on each side
of the center line of said Santa Rosa and Broad Streets, and
including all the intersections and crossings of any of the
above Broad and Santa Rosa 6tr6ets with other streets
between the points above named, for the purpose of construct-
ing and maintaining thereon a highway or boulevard as part of
the County system of roads on the said above described portions
of the said' streets.
Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be urgent
and immediately necessary to the immediate presenrvation of the
public peace, health and safety, and shall take effect from
and after its final passage.
Section 3. This Ordinance, together with the Ayes and
Noes, shall be published for two days in the "morning
Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in
said City.
