AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 920005 OF THE SAN LUIS
OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of;the City of San Luis Obispo is follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to proceedings in such behalf heretofore duly and regularly
had.. the hereinafter described real property 3n.the City of San Luis Obispo shall be

and the eame is hereby rezoned from R4 to R-4:
That portion of Block 7, Hathway Addition, south of
U,S. Highway 101, having a 231,68 foot frontage on
Toro Street, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo State of California,
SECTION 2, Section 9200,5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code entitled
"Zoning Map" shall be amended by changing the designations on the "Zoning Map for
the City of San Luis Obispo, California" to show the above described reclassification.
SECTION 3. That January 19, 19599, at 8:00 p,m, in the City Council Chambers
in the City Hall is hereby set as the time and place for public hearing on said
rezoning,
SECTION 4. This ordinance, together with the ayes and nods, shall be published
mice in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated iii said City, and the same shall go into effect at
the expiration of thirty days after its final. passage,
