AN ORDNANCE AMWDnM SECTION 9200.5 OF THE SAN LUIS
OBISPO 14UNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE CMTAIN REAL PROPERIT.
BE IT ORDAMED by the Council, of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to proceedings In such behalf heretofore duly and regularly

The southeast half of Block 50a City of San Luis Obispo,
lying between Archer and Carmel Streets on the northerly
side of P1=o Street.
SECTION 2. Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code entitled
"Zoning Pap" shall be amended by changing the designations on they "Zoning Map for
the City of San Luis Obispo, California" to show the above: described reclassification.
SECTION 3. That January 19, 19590 at 8 WO - p m. in the City Council Chambers
in the City Hall is hereby set as the, time and place for public hearing on said
rezzoning.
SECTION 4. This ordinance., together with -z-,he ayes and noes -i. shall be: published
