AN ORDINANCE OF DTMMON TO A$ANDW A PORTION OF PARK STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED by the COMAI of the City of -San Luis Obispo as follows$
$F,CTION 1. That the abandonment proceedings shall be pursuant to Division 9
Part 3 Chapter 2 of the Streets and Highway$ Code.
SECTION 20 That the following described portion of Park Street shall be
abandoned:
That portion of Park Street south of Phillips Street and
adjacent to Lot E,�Block 338, Phillips Addition,
SECTION 3, That a map is an file in the office of the City Clerk for particulars
as to the proposed abandonment;,
SECTION 4. That March 29 1959s. f't 8s00 Weloek p,m, in the Co=ciil Chambers
cf the City Hall is the time and place, set for public hearing on said abandonment
which is not leas than fifteen clays ..from the pb $UP of this ordinance o
SECTION,5. That the City En er shall post notices an said street in
accordance with Section 8322 of•thi Streets and High"Ws Code and shall cause this
ordinance to be published once at least ten days prior to said hearing in the
Telegrwr..Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City.
SECTION 6, This ordinance$ together with the ayes and noes,', shall be published
once in fullq at least three days before its fiscal passage in the Telegram - Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated its said City, and the same shall go into effect
at the expiration of thirty.days after its final passage,
