ORDINANCE NO. `1959 Series)
AN ORDINANCE ARANDONING 4 PORTION OF PARK STREET SUBJECT
TO A SEVER AND WATER EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the abandsmment proceedings shall be pursuant to Division 9
Part 3 Chapter 2 of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 2. That the following described portion of Park Street shall be
abandoned:
That portion of Park Street south of .Phillips Street and adjacent
to Lot S, Block 138, Phillips Addition.
SECTION 3. That a map is on file in the office of the City Clerk for particulars
ae to the proposed abandonment.
SECTION 4. That April 6, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall is the time and place set for public hearing on said abandonment
tihich is not less than fifteen days from the passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 59 That the City Engineer shall post notices on said street in
accordance with Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Cone and shall cause this
ordinance to be published once at least ten days prior to said hearing in the
Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said city.
SECTION 6. The City of San Luis Obispo hereby reserves and accepts from
the vacation the permanent easement and right at any time, or from time to
tine, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, enlarge and renew sanitary
sewers, storm drains, cater lines and appurtenant structures in, upon, over, and
across the following described portion of said street:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Block 138 of the Phillips
Addition, said corner being the southerly corner of the intersection
of Phillips Lane and Park Stireet, thence N 530 40' E, a distance of
32�jO feet to the true point`of beginning; thence continuing N 5310
40' E, a distance of 12 feet; thence S 360 20' E, 130.00 feet;
thence S 53° 40' N1T, a distance of 12 feet; thence N 36 °.20"w, a
distance of 130.00 feet:to'the true point of beginning.
SECTION 7. This ordinance, together withtthe ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full,.ati least, three days before its final passage in the
Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper,paliahed and circulated in said,City, and the
same shall go into effect; Mfr the e90iration of thirty days after its final
passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by `the Council of the City of'SAn Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1, That the abandonment proceedings shall be pursuant to Division 9
