BE IT ORDAIHZD by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION la Pursuant to proceedings in sueh behalf heretofore duly and
regularly had, the hereinafter described real property in the City of San Luigi
Obispo shall be and; the same is hereby rezoned from R -1 to R -3:
Eeginniug at the northeast corner of Tract 134s Reams Terrace, point

SECTION 20 Section 9200,5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code entitled
`Zoning Map" shall be tended by changing 'the designations as the "ZoninS Map
for the City of San Luis ®bispo, California" to .show the abave described reclas-
sification.
SECTION 3o This ordimmee,0 together with the ayes and cocas e, shall be
published cace in full, at leaast three days before its final passage, in the
Telegram-Tribunes, a newspap tc published and circulated in said City, and the same
shall go into effect at the,expiratian of thirty days ,after its final passage.
