BE IT ORDAIRED by the Council of the City of San Buis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1: That subsection (a) of Section '9200419 of tbp San Buis
Obispo Municipal Code shall be and is hereby amended to read as follow:
(a) Initiation:
An amendment may be initiated by:
la The verified petition of one or more wmesrs of property affected
by the proposed amendment, which petition shall be filed with the Planning
Commission and shall be ,accompanied by a fee of $60000, or
20 Resolution of Intention. of the Council, or by

SECTION 20 This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the
Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the
same shall go into effect pit the expiration of thirty days after its final.
