BE IT OVIDAINED by the Council of the City of Sin Luia Obispo cs follows:
SECTION L, That Section 3200.8 of the Sea Lads Obispo Ymnicipal Code
shall be and is hereby aaended to read as follows:
320M ® EARLY MORMING PARKING LIMITED
No person who owns or has posseasion, custody or control of any vehicle.

Resolution may restrict the parking for a shorter period of time. and may except

SECTION 2. Such streets so restricted shall be indicated by the erection

SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage;, an the
Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated it± said City, and the same
shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage.
