SECE1014 1. That Section 9200.5 of the Son Luis Obispo Hun•cipalt
Code is hereby am-ended to rezone from R-1 to C-1 the property located
in the City of San Luic, Obispo, state of Califoraia ar.d described as
follows;
Beginning at the northeasterly corner r of Laurel Lane end propo-sed
Southwood Drive; Chance North 300 40 2 East 130 46-hance Soruth
59' 20' East 200 "--; thence South 30",: * 4W West, 120, more or IP-28
to the Hortherly tin: of Southwood Drive (propoc-ed); thence
Westerly along, sax-dxa 2001 more or less to:poi-nt of beginning.
SECTION 2. The zol.ing map shall be amended to show said changes.
SECTION 3. This ordinancat together with the ayes me id noes, shall
be publl*.shed once in full., at least three -days before its final passage,
in the Telgram-Tribirne, d newspaper publisihed and circelated in said
City, and the same shall So into effect at' the expiration of thirty days
after its final paseage..
