SECTION 1. That Section 2100.1 of the Sara Luis Obispo
"unicipal Code shall be and is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes €€-ad noes, shall
be published once in fall, at least three clays before its final passage,
in the Telegram Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said
City, and the sa=- shall go into erect at :the expirtation, of thirty days
after its final passage.
