iN ORDIVAINCE FOR Tai: LEASE OF FMAL PROPERTY BY Tn- CITY
OF SA14 LUIS OBISPO TO ERNEST DALIDIO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San. Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. , That the public necessity requires that the real. property
ire ei af;,er described be leased for a period of three ye ars to Ernest Da idio
at a yearly rental of $1125 per year and subject to the terms and conditions
of that certain document entitled "Lease Agreement' dated November , 1959,
ai'd on file in the office of the city clerk.
SECTION 2. Certain real property. is described as follows:
in the City of Stan Luis Obispo, in the Rancho Los Gads and
Laguna, lots DD, R65 containing 333 acres mode or lass.
SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
publ:io?had once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in tie
