AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP (TO REZONE
PROPERTY AT 3380 BULLOCK LANE).
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be
reclassified as follows: Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District M (Manufacturing) to R -2 (Residential Medium Density), real
property described as:
That portion of Lot 119, of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, in the county
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded February 7,
1906 in Book 1, page 93 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the county
recorder of said county, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 119; thence running from said
point of beginning South 89 038' West, 95.87 feet along the southerly line of
said lot to its intersection with the easterly line of a 30 foot road running
along the westerly line of said lot; thence North 33 °30' West, 121.77 feet
alonq the easterly_ line of said road to a point_; thence North_ 56 030' East,
__ 193.97_ feet to a point on the easterly line of said lot; thence South_ 0 022'
East, 207.99 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram-
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go
into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting thereof held on the 15th day of 'March, 1977 on motion of
Councilman Graham,
