AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP (TO REZONE
PROPERTY AT 405 THRU 503 FOOTHILL BOULEVARD).
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be
reclassified as follows: Said property is also shown on the map attached here-
to marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District R -1 (Residential Low Density) to R -2 (R 0599), Residential
Medium Density real property described as:
That portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Tract No. 11 as recorded May 1, 1932
in Vol. 5 at page 23 in the office of the County Recorder.
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1
Easterly line of Lot 1 a distance of 189.0
West to the dividing line of Lots 2 and 3,
dividing line a distance of 48 feet thence
West line of Lot 3, thence Northerly along
North line of Lot 3, thence Easterly along
and 1 to the Point of Beginning.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be pub-
lished once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the
Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the
same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final
passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting thereof held on the 7th day of June on motion of
Councilman Dunin, seconded by Councilman and on the following roll call
