AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP OF THE CITY
(TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4400 ORCUTT
ROAD, CITY INITIATED REZONING).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City be reclassified as set
forth herein. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
An area roughly bounded on the North, East and South by the San Luis
Obispo city limits and on the West by the Southern Pacific Railroad
right -of -way, more particularly described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 12
East, South 19.8 feet to the True Point of Begining:
Thence East 1808.40 feet to County Road 34 ( Orcutt Road);
Thence Southeasterly along said road 2,589.84 feet;
Thence South 540 30' West a distance of 1,646.70 feet to the
Southern Pacific Railroad right -of -way;
Thence Northwesterly along said right -of -way to the Southern
boundary of Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 12 East;
Thence East a distance of 1,240.8 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
General location: 4400 Orcutt Road, San Luis Obispo
From District U (unclassified)to R -1 -SP (low density residential,
specific plan) all areas in,the above description below an elevation of
320 feet mean sea level; and
From District U (unclassified) to A /C -40 (agriculture /conservation)
all areas in the above description above an elevation of 320 feet mean sea
level.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall
be published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage,
in the Telegram Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said
city, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty (30)
days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of November
1977, on motion of Councilman Dunin
and on the following roll call vote:
