ORDINANCE NO. 758 (1978 Series)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO AMENDING ARTICLE VIII,
CHAPTER 4, OF THE SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED "UNDER-
GROUND UTILITIES."
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. Article VIII, Chapter 8, Section 8400.2.1, Underground Utility
District #8 is amended to change the effective dates of compliance as
follows:
Property owners are to be ready to receive service by March 1, 1979.
Date facilities are to be removed from public property: September 1,
1979.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three (3) days prior to its final passage,
in the Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City,
and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days after
its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a meeting held on the 20th day of June , 1978, on
motion of Councilman Settle , seconded by Councilman Dunin ,
and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Dunin, Jorgensen, Petterson, Settle and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
