ORDINANCE NO. 798 .(1979 Series)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO AMENDING
MUNICIPAL CODE ARTICLE VIII, CHAPTER 7, SWIMMING POOL
AND DOCK REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
SECTION 1. Municipal Code Article VIII, Chapter 7, Part I, Section
8710.1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
See attached Exhibit "A ", Section 8710.1.
SECTION 2. Municipal Code Article VIII, Chapter 7, Part I, Section
8710.3 is hereby amended to read as follows:
See attached Exhibit "B ", Section 8710.3.
SECTION 3. The following sections are hereby repealed from Municipal
Code Article VIII, Chapter 7, Part I: Sections 8710.5, 8710.10, 8710.13 and
Appendix A.
SECTION 4. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three (3) days prior to its final passage,
in the Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City,
and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days after
its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 6th day of February , 1979,
on motion of Councilman Jorgensen, seconded by Councilman Settle , and
on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Dunin, Jorgensen, Petterson and Settle

ORDINANCE NO. 789 (1978 Series)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP (TO REZONE 2300 LOS OSOS VALLEY
ROAD) .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San
Luis Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City be reclassified
as follows: Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District C -T (tourist - commercial) to C -H -PD (service commercial
planned development) real property described as:
Parcel 6D of Parcel Map No. Co. 67 -40, in the County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, recorded July 5, 1967, in
Book 2, page 17 of Parcel Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county.
General location: 2300 Los Osos Valley Road.
Said rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions:
(1) The property shall be used for the development of an automobile
sales complex or similar or related accessory uses only, and'that other
normally permitted uses allowed under C -H zoning are prohibited.
(2) A preliminary development plan shall be submitted within 24 months
for city approval. If no plan is received, a public hearing will automatically
be set to consider city- initiated rezoning back to its original C -T zone.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be

Obispo at a regular meeting thereof .held on the 21st day of November ,
1978, on motion of Councilman Settle seconded by Councilman Petterson ,
and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Dunin, Jorgensen, Petterson, Settle and Mayor Schwartz
