ORDINANCE NO. 815 (1979 Series)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
AMENDING SECTION 8400.1, OF THE SAN LUIS
OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. Municipal Code Section 8400.1(a) is hereby amended to delete the
Use Zone designations "R -C, C -1, C -2 & C -3" and to add the Use Zone designations
"C -C, C -T, C -R, P -0, P -F 6 M."
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds the changes made by this ordinance
are reasonably necessary to bring consistency to the Underground Utilities
Ordinance with the Zoning Ordinance, and to encompass those zoning districts not
heretofore included in the Underground Service Areas.
SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be pub-
lisped once in full, at least three (3) days prior to its final passage, in the
Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in the City, and shall go
into effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days after its final passage.

at a meeting held the 4th I day of September , 1979, on motion of
Councilman,: Jorgensen , seconded by Councilwoman Billig
and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: CouncilmembersrJorgensen, Billig and Vice -Mayor Dunin

ABSENT: Councilman Bond and Mayor Cooper
