ORDINANCE NO. 825 (1979 Series)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO AMENDING SECTION 3217.2 OF THE
SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE FINES
FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3217.2 is hereby amended to read:
"The fines authorized for parking violations in other sections of this code
shall be as follows:
Code Sections
3209
and
all
subsections
3210
and
all
subsections
3211
and
all
subsections
3213
and
all
subsections
Fine - Each Offense
$10.00
$ 5.00
$10.00
$ 2.00"
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three (3) days prior to its final passage in
the Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and
the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days after its
said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a meeting held on the 6th day of November 1979,
on motion of Councilman Dunin , seconded by Councilman Jorgensen ,
and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Dunin, Jorgensen, Bond and Mayor Cooper
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilwoman Billig
