AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO RESCINDING
SECTIONS 7330.5, 7330.6, 7330.6.1 and 7330.7 OF THE
SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING DRIVEWAY STANDARDS
WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 7330.5, 7330.6, 7330.6.1 and 7330.7 of
the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code are duplicated in Section 9200.16 of the Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. Sections 7330.5, 7330.6, 7330.6.1 and 7330.7 of the San Luis Obispo
Municipal Code hereby are rescinded.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three (3) days prior to its final passage in the Telegram-
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go
into effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a meeting held on the 18th day of March 1980, on motion of
Councilwoman Billi g seconded by
Councilman Dunin and on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Billig, Dunin, Bond and Mayor Cooper,
NOES: None
ABSENT: One Vacancy
