SUBJECT: APPOINTMENTS TO THE MASS TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE (MTC)
AND CULTURAL HERITAGE COMMITTEE (CHC)
RECOMMENDATION
In accordance with the recommendations of the Council Subcommittees:
1. Confirm the appointment of Heidi Harmon to the Mass Transportation Committee
(alternate representative) to complete and unexpired term through March 31, 2018.
2. Confirm the appointment of Shannon Larrabee to the Cultural Heritage Committee to
complete an unexpired term through March 31, 2018.
3. Confirm the appointment of Leah Walthert to the Cultural Heritage Committee to
complete and unexpired term through March 31, 2017.
DISCUSSION
Mass Transportation Committee (Subcommittee Members Rivoire and Carpenter)
Due to the resignation of Louise Justice, effective June 16, 2015, there was an unscheduled
vacancy on the Mass Transportation Committee. Ms. Justice served as an alternate
representative.
The Council Liaison Subcommittee recommends appointment of Heidi Harmon (alternate
representative), effective September 15, 2015, to a term expiring on March 31, 2018.
Cultural Heritage Committee (Subcommittee Members Rivoire and Marx)
Due the resignation of Patti Taylor, effective April 13, 2015, there was an unscheduled vacancy
on the Cultural Heritage Committee.
Due the resignation of Victoria Wood, effective June 17, 2015, there was an unscheduled
vacancy on the Cultural Heritage Committee.
The Council Liaison Subcommittee recommends appointment of Shannon Larrabee effective
September 15, 2015, to a term expiring on March 31, 2018 and Leah Walthert effective
September 15, 2015, to a term expiring on March 31, 2017.

The following Advisory Bodies have vacancies and interested individuals are encouraged to
apply.

AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW IN THE COUNCIL OFFICE
Hard copies of the MTC and CHC applications have been provided to the Cit y Council and are
available for public review in the City Clerk’s office.
