Please include this email )in 3/5/16 regarding our objection to 41 Units and opening up Luneta street. Since the Vallencia student
apartments on Palomar and Romona were allowed by a waiver from the city to not provide on sight parking, we have had parking
congestion on Palomar that even went up Serrano. This still exits today. We have had to put in parking restriction to be able to park
our cars on the street from corner of Luneta/Palomar half way up Serrano so we could park our cars in front of our homes. Also the
increased traffic has caused an unsafe situation with students sceeching around corners, making u -turns, darting unexpectedly to catch
the bus on Palomar and Ramona. In 2014, our dog was hit and killed as car coming up Serrano rounding the corner onto Palomar. It
just missed my husband. When Delta Tau, 71 Palomar, use to have parties there was always accidents on this corner. Delta Tau
finally put barriers to close the street whenever there was a party. Mrs. Bressie always closed off Bressie Place with barriers too. If
the apartments are allowed especially 41 Units. We will have a traffic nightmare for families and Seniors, joggers, dog walkers and
