Pindo LP, a California Limited Partnership, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, is the owner of
the real property described as Parcels A and B of Parcel Map No. CO -80 -153 in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded May 24,
1985, in Book 37, Page 44 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
GRANTOR does hereby release and relinquish to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered
Municipal Corporation, as GRANTEE, vehicular ingress and egress rights appurtenant to the above
described property in and to the adjacent public street known as Broad Street (formerly State
Highway 227) over and across the following described line:

The southwesterly boundary line of Parcels A and B of Parcel Map CO -80 -153 in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California per map
recorded May 24, 1985 in Book 37 at Page 44 of Parcel Maps on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, abutting the northeasterly right -of -way of State
Highway 227 (Broad Street).
EXCEPT THEREFROM the southwest 39.00 feet of the northwest 195.81 feet of the
southwesterly boundary line of said Parcel A.
ALSO EXCEPT THEREFROM the northwest 32.00 feet of the southwest 43.18 feet of
the southwesterly boundary line of said Parcel B.
