It is regrettable that valuable City Council time is being invested over the issues of 40 Buena Vista, not to
mention my own and others attendance at 2 Council meetings to assure that the above mentioned property
complies with Cities Hillside Development Guidelines, Community Design Guidelines, and the General Plan.
How can the Architectural Review have been ignorant of the demands of the City Council and the developer
ignore those same demands, having duped the Architectural Review, returning for another appeal to the City
Council? Such a failure to comply represents blatant disrespect for the authority of the City Council. We
sincerely hope you challenge this selfish disregard, and insist that your standards be met: for your and our
respect, and for respect of the principle and the Community Design Guidelines.In expectation that this shameful
