Dear Council and Mayor,
I have spoken against the Buena Vista project at Monterey Heights in its previous renditions. Then, it had 5 bedrooms, 2
kitchens, and a proviso of 6 parking spaces, with cars backing onto a well -traveled street. It is not clear whether all these
conditions pertain currently, but if any one of them do I am still against this project as being out of place in our settled
neighborhood. Those who sense a "mini -dorm" are probably right!
