Dear Mayor & City Council Members:
The home proposed for 40 Buena Vista Ave. needs to be REDESIGNED in order for it to conform with our Design
Guidelines. This has NOT been done! Why do we have hillside development standards if they are not adhered to?
Every other home in the Monterey Heights hillside neighborhood has had to conform to our City standards. This
proposed home should be NO exception! We are very concerned that approval of the plans as they are will set a wrong
precedent for hillside development in our City.
