Our house is a mid-century modern and has a flat roof. It is not a place for gathering, but given the opportunity young people would try to make it a place to go; as do my neighbors next door and across the street, on roofs that are pitched. They have access thru tall retraining walls that were done when they were "family" homes. I would not want to pass -on the issue to the neighborhood of having to self -police another roof and especially a deck party spot. Thank you, John Harrison 326 San Miguel Ave
