In regards to 1034 Church Street, ARCH -2947-2016. Please stop this project. Old
Town and Railroad District have suffered enough from these backyard subdivisions,
Which seem to be occupied by people who feel, taking over street-barkirig'in this
single car driveway neighborhood, honking their automobile's horn every time they
enter and exit their vehicle, standing outside velling into a mobile phone, day
and night - is being neighborly.
City officials even entertaining, let alone continually signing off on these back-
yard subdivisions. Is a clear indication they do not know what is going on in these
districts. Plus, appear not to care if residents of this neighborhood have: peace
and quiet, privacy, good nights sleep, parking, quality of life. Add iA the police
not doing anything, about the drivers from the sprawl neighborhoods to the south.
Blazing through this neighborhood. Disregarding any and all traffic laws,
These projects, similar to the farmland destruction sprawl projects. Are chipping
away at San Luis Obispo''s resources; waters sewage r landfill emergancy services.
This belief that making a buck off every inch of San Luis Obispo is more import-
ant then quality of life. Has pushed San Luis Obispo into a udisirable direction,
