Attached is a letter from the easterly neighbor, whose only issues with the
project are parkng and noise from parties. Tom explained that there will be
6 on site parking spaces, which she understood mitigated her parking
concerns. They discussed the nosie between themselves. She has NO
concerns with the building design. This is the neighbor which will be
impacted the most.
Also attached are photos my client took of the neighboring structres which
are two story and very blocky, including the commercial structures on the
opposite side of Church Street.
