Item 1. 2016 VICE CHAIRPERSON ELECTIONS (GUYTON)
ACTION: Moved by Whitney/Guyton to appoint Justice to serve a two year term as Vice
Chairperson; motion carried 4:0.
Item 2. OVERVIEW OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD’S ROLE (IRONS/SUTTER)
Irons and Sutter presented the overview.
Item 3. UPDATE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES’ MAJOR PROJECTS (IRONS)
Irons presented the update.
There being no further business to come before the Personnel Board, Chairperson Guyton
adjourned the meeting at 6:22 p.m. to the next regular meeting of the Personnel Board to be
held on a date, time and place to be determined.
