Questions:
1. What is the mission of the Jack House?
2. Clarify authority over the Jack House and its collections – who sets policy regarding
the collections? Who manages day-to-day decisions based on those policies? Who
should collections questions and/or differences of opinion be directed to?
3. What is the interpretive period/goal(s) of the Jack House?
4. Is the collection meant to be preserved or used? Are there sections of the collection
that should be treated in different ways?
5. What are responsibilities concerning inventory? What collections Software should
we use?
6. We’d like to create a brief questionnaire to compile a modern history of the Jack
House collections and how they have been cared for and developed over the past
thirty (30) years.
