The Minutes of the May 23, 2016 Tree Committee meeting are grossly inaccurate. There is serious concern of
manipulation by staff of the reporting secretaries draft. In addition, documents submitted are neither mentioned nor
appear in the public record.
At least one REQUEST FOR INFORMATION is pending under a California Public Records Act Request. It is anticipated that
the City will not respond prior to the June 27, 2016 meeting date.
Please postpone the consideration of the Minutes from the May 23, 2016 meeting until all information is available.
