20 spoke at the Los Osos Rotary meeting about current SLO city issue: attended the
ground breaking for the Morro Bay High School pool; served venison dinner at
the homeless shelter as part of Sportsman Channel charity outreeach
23 interviewed applicants for Parks and Recreation Commisson
24 closed session; met with constituent regarding illegally parked oversized vehicles
blocking vision on city streets; attended meeting at new food bank site
25 Met Ron Di Carli regarding SLOCOG issues; met with Chamber staff regarding
Chamber issues; attended the Airport Land Use Commission meeting; attended
Tip a Cop benefit for Special Olympics
26 Attended Good Morning San Luis Obispo; attended County Planning
Commission oil train hearing; monthly update with city manager
27 Attended SLO County Drug Court graduation
31 Met with new Cal Poly chief of staff, met with Leadership SLO staff regarding
their wish for the city to contribute $25,000; spoke at the dedication of housing
for Veterans by the Housing Authority

1 Chaired SLOCOG; attended the Third Annual Water Summit in Sacramento
2 spoke on panel at the Third Annual Water Summit
3 Interviewed by Brad Pomerance on charter; attended the Mayors' meeting in
Paso Robles
7 Attended budget meeting with staff
8 Met with constituent regarding Mission Plaza upgrade; met with constituent
regarding lack of park in North Broad area of the city
9 Attended farewell brunch for Barbara Lynch; chaired city/university meeting;
attended closed session
13 Attended vigil for Orlando victims
15 met with resident regarding life long learning lecture; executive board meeting
with SLO RTA staff
16 Attended county bar association meeting on conservation easements with Bob Hill
as my guest; met with resident about ALUC and ALUP update; attended PAC
Foundation Founders dinner
17 Met with History Center staff regarding possible MOU with city for future use of
surface parking lot
