Dear Mayor Marx and City Council,
am writing to ask that Luneta is kept closed and that the $35,000 fee for a "study" be paid by the
developer of 71 Palomar, not the City of San Luis Obispo taxpayers. This proposal to open Luneta
came about as a result of the apartment complex proposed for 71 Palomar and is a fee that is directly
associated with the development. It is insulting, unfair and really an outrage to expect city residents
to pay.
