As a past director of Transitions Mental Health and current vice chair of TMHA’s board, I sincerely hope that you will see
the need for the Bishop Street Studios Project. I believe that this project will provide a much‐needed solution to a
specific void in the city’s affordable housing supply. In addition, the result will utilize the existing property in an
architecturally pleasing way.
