To whom it may concern:
I am a proponent of most all housing types, style and needs.
After review of the staff reports and some of the correspondence regarding this reuse and new development I hope
both advisory bodies involved can move this along.
As with other proposed developments that have recently been reviewed it appears this fits with the LUCE as well as
other governing reuse/development guidelines.
