A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO APPROVIN G
THE 2011-13 FINANCIAL PLAN AND 2011-12 BUDGE T
WHEREAS,the City Manager has submitted the 2011-13 Financial Plan to the Counci l
for its review and consideration in accordance with budget policies and objectives established b y
the Council ; and
WHEREAS,the 2011-13 Financial Plan is based upon extensive public comment an d
direction of the Council after fourteen scheduled budget workshops and public hearings .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Lui s
Obispo that the 2011-13 Financial Plan is hereby approved and that the operating, debt servic e
and capital improvement plan budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011 and ending Jun e
30, 2012 is hereby adopted .
Upon motion of Vice Mayor Ashbaugh, seconded by Council Member Carter, and on th e
following vote :

NOES :
Council Members Carpenter and Smit h
ABSENT : Non e
