HomeMy WebLinkAboutr10313masterfeescheduleupdateRESOLUTION NO . 10313 (2011 Series ) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISP O UPDATING THE CITY'S MASTER FEE SCHEDUL E WHEREAS,it is the policy of the City of San Luis Obispo to review service charges o n an ongoing basis and to adjust them as required to ensure that they remain adequate to achiev e adopted cost recovery goals ; and WHEREAS,fees are adjusted as required to ensure they remain equitable and adequat e to cover the cost of providing services ; and WHEREAS,an analysis of the Building and Safety fees was performed for 2011-12 an d presented to the Council for its consideration on August 16, 2011 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Lui s Obispo that City service charges and rates for Building and Safety services are hereby updated a s set forth in the Exhibit attached hereto, with an effective date for of January 1, 2012 .
