REGULAR MEETING
CANCELLATION NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the regularly scheduled Jack House Committee meeting of
December 14, 2016, has been cancelled.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on January 11, 2017. Regular notification will
be posted and the agenda for the meeting will be made available at the Parks & Recreation
Department Office, 1341 Nipomo St. and on the City's website at www.slocity.org.
AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
I, Shelly Stanwyck, declare as follows:
That the above referenced meeting was canceled as indicated; and
That a copy of this Notice of Cancellation was posted at a conspicuous place near the door
of the room at which the above -referenced meeting was to be held within 24 hours of said
cancellation.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
