Dear Mayor Harmon, Council members, and Staff, We strongly urge prioritizing billboard retirement as a City goal, as is
consistent with the General Plan.
We laud the City for responding to its citizens' desire for protection of open space, and it should now should help
remove the billboard blight from many of these places.
