Subject: Party regulations - Items 14 and 15 - Tonight's agenda
Honorable Mayor and Council:
Regarding items 14 and 15 on the agenda tonight, please count my support for the proposals by the Police Department,
and my support for the comments by Residents for Quality Neighborhoods. These proposals follow some basic
preferences by residents - to keep parties inside; keep noise low; keep neighborhoods safe and clean. Until San Luis
Obispo is known better as a place to practice being a grown-up, some degrees of "parental" controls are necessary.
