Dear Mayor and City Council,
Please uphold the Dana Street neighborhood's (Bishop & Duerk) appeal of the ARC decision on the
560 Higuera Street development that will have a huge negative impact on their neighborhood. It is
puzzling why such a project would be approved while the City of San Luis Obispo professes to value
"neighborhood wellness" and "neighborhood compatibility."
The numerous effects on the Dana St. neighborhood are apparent and it is your elected duty to
protect our City from becoming yet another California town that used have character, charm and a
good quality of life. Please uphold the appeal; it is falling on you, our elected officials, to stop giving
our town away. Thank you.
