This memo is being provided as a request for additional information from a City Council member
to provide a comprehensive list of the Climate Action Plan (CAP) implementation strategies, since
the list provided in the Climate Action Plan Progress Report is limited to the "near-term"
implementation strategies that are identified in the CAP.
The Status Report on General Plan Implementation Programs provides a comprehensive list all of
the CAP implementation strategies, including their status, difficulty level, and the responsible
department. The list is provided on page 55 of the report and has been extracted and provided as
an attachment to this memo. The full report was provided to Council as part of the January 10,
2017 & January 28. 2017 2017-19 Financial Plan Goal-Settine Agenda Packet and is available
online.
